The Makita DHR202Z is Makita's latest SDS+ Rotary Hammer Drill, it eclipses the BHR202Z and is significantly more compact and a lot lighter than that model. The DHR202Z is a 3 mode SDS+ machine: Rotary, Rotary Hammer or Chisel.

  • The Makita DHR202Z 18 Volt SDS + rotary hammer drill is the ideal tool for use by professional tradesmen or avid DIY enthusiasts, due to its ability to drill in steel, wood and masonry applications.
  • It is powered by Lithium Ion and will run on 3Ah, BL1830 and 4Ah, BL1840 batteries (not included).
  • The rotary hammer drill integrates a unique rubber joint construction to minimise vibrations to the battery and terminals helping to improve tool durability.

  • A variable speed control trigger offers maximum control and accuracy while an easy to find switch changes between forward and reverse directions.
