Warranty

If you have any issues or faults with a product received from Toolforce, please consult our helpful guides to each tool manufacturer and their terms and conditions of warranty and guarantees.

If your tool has an extended warranty, be sure to register this within the registration period, otherwise you will not be able to redeem this once you're outside of your standard (non-extended) warranty. This can vary depending on the brand or manufactuer of the tool. When you purchase your tool from Tool Force we send a reminder to do this with instructions on how to register this. You can also check the brand in question here.

If you have an issue with your tool, many tool brands request that the tool owner to liaise with them directly, rather than the reseller for a faster and more efficient repairs process, even if your tool is outside of warranty. Be sure to check the individual tool brand you're using, whether it is Milwaukee, DeWalt, Makita, Draper, Einhell or any others.
