Autel Warranty

When you purchase a new Autel device the standard warranty period is 12-months from the date of purchase. Autel offer up to 24 months manufacturer's warranty from date of purchase on some of their products.

How do I register my Autel tool or equipment for warranty?

1 – Create an Autel Account / Log into your Autel Account

2 – Enter your Product Registration Details

You will be asked for your Serial number, Register password and a code at this point.

The serial number is a unique code assigned for the identification of a single unit, and the register password guarantees your ownership.

To find out serial number and register password, please go to Settings/Setup -> About menu on your device screen.

The code you’re asked is a CAPTCHA verification – it is there to prove you’re not a robot. Enter the series of letters that accompanies it.

How do I make a warranty claim?

If you are experiencing trouble with your tools, please contact Autel's free technical support. Specialists are available via phone, email, and chat.

When you contact the Technical Service Centre please make sure to have your model and serial number to obtain a Return Reference Number.
