Trend Warranty

All Trend products purchased in Ireland are covered by a minimum of 12-month parts and labour guarantee from date of purchase.

However, this doesn’t cover all types of damage – if you think you Trend product has a warrantable fault, please contact us at info@toolforce.ie or go to Trend directly at customerservices@trend-uk.com and we will try our best to help.

Some Trend products are eligible for an extended warranty period if registered within 28 calendar days of purchase.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Contact your local authorised Trend reseller. If you purchased from Toolforce.ie. please contact us via email at info@toolforce.ie with your proof of purchase, order number, part number of the part you’re claiming warranty against, and a description of what the warrantable fault is.

How do I package my product for collection?

Please wrap your tool well before sending it back for servicing. Any additional damage incurred in transport will not be covered under warranty as it isn’t part of the normal use.

Depending on the value of the item your product may or may not be collected.
