When you buy a new PCL product the standard warranty period is 12-months from the date of purchase.

You must give notice in writing to the Tool Force or to PCL directly upon of discovery of the warrantable fault. You can email PCL at sales@pclairtechnology.com.
If you purchased from Tool Force you can email us at info@toolforce.ie.
In either case, please have your proof of purchase, a description of the fault, and any images of the faulty item.
Do not return any product without first notifying the addressee in writing in advance that the product is going to be returned.
