Laser Tools Warranty

When you purchase a new Laser tool the standard warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase. They have a wide variety of tools, however, and some tools have a longer warranty.

Laser cordless power tools are eligible for a 3-year extended warranty (1+2) when they are registered within 30 days of purchase. Non-registered products remain under our standard 12-month product warranty.

Batteries are considered consumables and are not covered by Laser warranty. Any product with a rechargeable battery relies on a regular recharge and some have a shelf life of approx. 3 months.

In addition, if a battery fails due to being drained without a regular recharge it is not covered by the standard warranty as it it not being cared for correctly.

However, this warranty doesn’t cover all types of damage – for more information, read the Laser warranty policy here: https://www.toolconnection.co.uk/about/Warranty-Policy
