LedLenser Warranty

When you purchase a new LedLenser product the standard warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase. However, LedLenser grants a manufacturer's warranty on most of their products. This means you can get up to 7 years of coverage if registered online within 12 weeks from the date of purchase.

If you don’t register your product, LedLenser will still give you a warranty period of 2 years from the date of purchase. They also offer a 2-year warranty on the proper functioning of rechargeable batteries (accumulators), the Powercase and The Batterybox7.

Exclusions apply to the Manufacturer’s warranty. Find the full list on their website here:

If your warrantable product breaks or has issues during the manufacturer’s warranty, Ledlenser will either fix it or replace it.

In the unlikely event that your product should show a defect within the warranty period, please fill out LedLenser’s Service Request Form (https://ledlenser.com/en/service/) and present the original purchase receipt (on which the date of purchase and the name of the seller are stated).

How do I register my Ledlenser product for warranty?

  1. You must have the Warranty card from within your model box, purchased within the last 12 weeks.
  2. Visit our German website and complete the Warranty Registration .
  3. The ‘submit warranty registration’ button needs to be clicked for the details to be submitted and the registration be complete.

Find the 10-digit activation code on your LedLenser product underneath the QR Code on your product.

How do I make a warranty claim?

In the unlikely event that your product should show a defect within the warranty period, please fill out LedLenser’s Service Request Form (https://ledlenser.com/en/service/) and present the original purchase receipt (on which the date of purchase and the name of the seller are stated).

How do I package my product for collection?

Please wrap your tool well before sending it back for servicing. Any additional damage incurred in transport will not be covered under warranty as it isn’t part of the normal use.

My LedLenser product is outside of the warranty period – will they fix it for me?

If your machine is outside of warranty, unfortunately, you cannot get it fixed free of charge.
