We recommend doing this as soon as you receive your tool.

How do I make a claim on my Einhell Tool warranty?

Make sure you’re logged into your Einhell account and go to the user dashboard. You can find this on the top right of your screen on desktop or under the 3 horizontal lines on mobile.

Then, go to ‘Return Service’ – This takes you to a page outlining the Einhell return process.

Next, press ‘Enter Warranty Service – This tells you some of the terms and conditions of your warranty.

You can open multiple warranty claims at once on this page.

Once you’re ready to submit your claims, press Complete Claim and Einhell will contact you in due course to collect your tool for a warranty repair / replace. Please note: If your tool is found to have a non-warrantable fault, then you may be required to cover the cost of the inspection and carriage, and the cost of the repair should you opt to go ahead with it.

I’ve bought a multi-kit of Einhell tools that are eligible for extended warranty. Do I need to register them individually?

Yes you will need to register these Einhell tools and any Power X-Change batteries included individually if they are eligible for the extended warranty.

Where do I find the Model Number / Serial Number of my Einhell tool?

On your device there is usually a sticker next to the nameplate with a 2D bar code and the serial number (7-digit alphanumeric, i.e. numbers and capital letters).

The serial number on the sticker shown here is only an example and not be used for item identification!

Where can you find the article and identification number?

On your device you will usually find the type plate near the motor or drive unit. On the type plate you will find the 7-digit article number and the 5-digit identification number. The article number is to be entered without the separation points shown!

I have forgotten to register my Einhell Tool for the extended warranty, am I entitled to warranty coverage?

If you do not register your Einhell Tool for any available warranty extension within 30 days, you cannot claim it later if your tool breaks.

However, if you purchased your tool less than 12 months ago, you’re still covered by the standard 12 month warranty period.

If your device is over 12 months old and not registered for warranty you must pay for any repairs and associated costs.

How do I package my Einhell product for collection?
