When returning your power tool to get repaired under an extended warranty, you must provide proof of purchase and a valid DeWalt European 3-year guarantee certificate.

You also need to secure the product in a suitable box with adequate padding and attach the collection label provided by the authorised repair agent. You need to follow the same procedure as for the extended warranty, but you only need to provide the original proof of purchase and not the warranty certificate. The repair agent will verify the date of purchase and decide if the tool is covered by the warranty.
