If you find any problems and believe this is a warrantable fault, you must give notice in writing to the supplier. If you purchased from Tool Force you can email us at info@toolforce.ie. Please have your proof of purchase, a description of the fault, and any images of the faulty item.
Once the goods have been collected, the supplier has a reasonable opportunity to examine the product. If there are no faults that are covered by the warranty, Toolforce reserves the right to charge the customer for the price of the collection and (if applicable) the return.
