How Click and Collect Service Works:
- Start Checkout: Shop online at toolforce.ie and add your desired items to your cart.
- Select Click and Collect: During checkout, choose Click and Collect as your delivery method.
- Order Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirming that your order has been received successfully.
- Order Ready Notification: Once your order is ready for pickup, you'll receive an "Order Completed" email.
- Collect Your Order: Head to our Toolforce store at Unit 6, Navenny Road, Ballybofey, Co. Donegal, F93 AX07 to collect your items.
Important Details:
- Processing Time: While we strive to process orders quickly, same-day Click and Collect is not available for all items. If your item is in stock at our main warehouse, it may be available for same-day collection. Please wait for the "Order Completed" email before coming to collect your items.
- Store Location and Hours: Pick up your order at our Ballybofey store, open 6 days a week:
- Monday to Friday: 8am - 5:30pm
- Saturday: 9am - 2pm
- Contact Us for Urgent Needs: If you need your items the same day, call us at 074 91 30741 to check stock availability prior to placing your order.
- Order Holding Period: We will hold your order for 14 days. If not collected within this period, the items will be returned to stock and your order will be refunded.
