The Milwaukee Bolt 100 Vented Safety Helmet is designed for lightweight comfort and reliable protection on-site. Featuring a durable ABS shell for reduced weight, it includes the intuitive BOLT™ accessory attachment system, allowing compatibility with a variety of accessories. The helmet’s 6-point suspension and easy-to-adjust ratchet wheel deliver superior comfort, while a replaceable sweatband enhances usability. Certified to EN 397:2012 and EN 50365:2002 standards, it’s suitable for multi-metal applications, extreme temperatures (-30°C), lateral deformation, and electrical insulation up to 1000V AC and 1500V DC. Available in eight colour options.

- Certified as per EN 397:2012 with optional requirement for Multi Metal, extreme temperatures -30°C, Lateral Deformation, and Electrical insulation 440 V a.c. (electrical insulation 440V under EN397 just on the unvented version).
- Certified as per EN 50365:2002 Electrical class 0 for installations with nominal voltage up to 1000V A.C. and 1500V D.C. in vented and unvented version.

| Usage instructions: | Before and after each use, inspect the shell, suspension and lining for breakage, cracks, craze pattern, discoloration, chalky appearance, or any other unusual condition. If any of these conditions exist, replace the helmet immediately, as these conditions can indicate that the helmet has lost its capacity to protect from impact, penetration, and/or electrical shock. |
