The SIP 4" Belt Linisher is a high-performance metal finishing tool designed to remove sharp edges, deburr metal workpieces, and provide smooth finishing for mild steel, aluminium, stainless steel, tubes, and profiles. Ideal for professional fabrication and engineering workshops, this versatile linisher ensures high-quality surface preparation with two-point belt access for greater control and flexibility.

This heavy-duty machine features a long-lasting zirconium bonded belt (100mm x 1220mm) running at 19mtr/sec, delivering consistent and precise results. A quick-release system allows for fast belt changes, reducing downtime and improving workflow efficiency.

Designed for dust control and safety, the linisher includes a 100mm metal dust extraction port (compatible with the SIP Metal Dust Collector 01996, sold separately), an NVR switch for operator protection, adjustable eye protection, and a spark trap. Its rugged steel stand provides the option for bench or floor mounting, ensuring maximum stability and adaptability to different workshop setups.
