The DeWalt DCW230N-XJ 18V XR 150mm Random Orbit Sander is a cordless brushless sander designed for efficient material removal and smooth surface finishing. With its large 150mm sanding pad and 5mm random orbital action, it is suitable for a wide range of sanding applications in workshops and on site. The brushless motor provides efficient performance and durability, while the cordless design gives greater freedom of movement without a power cable.
The sander features variable speed control, allowing the operating speed to be adjusted to suit the material and application. Its low-vibration design helps improve comfort during extended use, while the ergonomically designed body and textured anti-slip grip provide improved control. The hook and loop sanding pad allows quick and convenient sanding disc changes.
For improved dust management, the DCW230N-XJ features a built-in dust extraction port compatible with the DEWALT AIRLOCK™ system. It also supports WIRELESS TOOL CONTROL™, allowing connection with compatible DEWALT dust extractors. A fabric dust bag with integrated extractor ports is supplied with the bare tool.
The 150mm sanding diameter helps cover larger surface areas efficiently, while the 5mm orbit is designed to provide effective material removal and a smooth finish. The tool-only configuration means that the battery and charger are not included, allowing users who already own compatible 18V XR batteries to use their existing battery system.
