Equipped with a 30cm 3/8" low-profile bar and chain, the DCMCS565 is suitable for cutting timber up to 25cm in diameter. Integrated bumper spikes grip the material during cutting, helping provide greater control and stability throughout the application. The efficient brushless motor can deliver up to 100 cuts per charge when used with a DCB184 battery, based on cutting 100 x 100mm pressure-treated pine. A tooled chain tensioning system provides reliable bar clamping, while the required wrench can be conveniently stored on the chainsaw for quick adjustments in the field.
For easier handling, the chainsaw features ergonomic handles that provide comfortable grip positions and help reduce fatigue during extended use. Its compact construction also makes transportation and storage straightforward. A visible oil tank gauge allows the operator to quickly check the chain oil level before starting work, helping ensure the chainsaw is properly prepared for the task.
