Combining Draper's HI-TORQ technology with a fine-tooth ratchet mechanism, the set delivers excellent grip, leverage, and accessibility in confined spaces.
Each spanner is forged from chrome vanadium steel and is hardened and tempered for increased strength and durability. A fully polished, mirror chrome-plated finish provides excellent corrosion resistance while making the tools easy to wipe clean after use. The ring end incorporates a precise 90-tooth ratchet mechanism, requiring just 4° of movement to engage the next tooth. This minimal swing arc makes the spanners particularly useful when working around engines, machinery, pipework, and other areas where space is restricted.
Draper's 12-point HI-TORQ ring profile transfers torque to the flats of the fastener rather than concentrating force on the corners. This provides maximum leverage while helping to reduce slipping, rounding, and potential damage to nuts and bolts. At the opposite end, the open jaw is offset by 15°, providing improved access and a more comfortable working angle when tightening or loosening fasteners.
