The Makita DUC353Z 36V LXT 35cm Brushless Chainsaw is a powerful and versatile cordless chainsaw designed for construction sites, garden maintenance, property upkeep and demanding DIY woodcutting applications. Powered by two 18V LXT batteries connected in series, the DUC353Z delivers 36V performance while maintaining compatibility with Makita's popular 18V LXT battery platform. Its efficient brushless motor provides maintenance-free operation, long service life and a fast no-load chain speed of up to 20m/s. Equipped with a 350mm (14") guide bar, the chainsaw combines strong cutting performance with a compact, lightweight design to help reduce operator fatigue.
For quick adjustments in the field, the DUC353Z features tool-less chain and bar tensioning, allowing the chain and guide bar to be adjusted or replaced without additional tools. Adjustable automatic chain lubrication and a large oil reservoir help maintain consistent chain performance during extended cutting tasks. The chain features a 3/8" pitch, 1.1mm (0.043") gauge and 52 drive links. An integrated battery protection system also automatically shuts off power when battery capacity becomes too low, helping protect the batteries during use.
