Powered by a high-performance Powerstate Brushless Motor, the M18 Fuel Striker generates an impressive 7 Joules of striking force, matching the performance of leading pneumatic hammer chisels operating at 145 PSI. This makes it ideal for demanding applications such as suspension tear-downs, removing seized ball joints, cutting stubborn fasteners, and heavy-duty metalworking tasks. The tool features a variable speed trigger and three selectable operating modes, allowing users to precisely control striking force from 0–3,000 BPM. A dedicated ramp-up mode provides smoother starts for improved accuracy, helping reduce slips and minimise damage to surrounding components during delicate applications.
Its innovative .401" round shank twist chuck enables fast, tool-free accessory changes while remaining fully compatible with standard .401" shank air hammer accessories. Milwaukee's patented battery isolation system reduces vibration transferred to the battery, maintaining a secure connection and consistent performance during prolonged, high-impact use. Featuring advanced REDLINK PLUS Intelligence, the tool continuously monitors communication between the tool, battery, and charger to protect against overload, overheating, and over-discharge, ensuring maximum performance and durability.
