The Milwaukee M18FDDEXL Dust Extractor with AUTOPULSE is a high-performance on-tool dust extraction solution designed for compatible Milwaukee M18 FUEL 26mm SDS-Plus rotary hammers. Engineered to capture dust directly at the drilling point, it provides automatic operation and highly efficient filtration to help maintain a cleaner working environment.
The extractor automatically activates using the tool's on/off trigger, providing convenient dust collection without additional controls. Milwaukee's innovative AUTOPULSE technology features an integrated automatic filter-cleaning mechanism that helps maintain consistent airflow while extending filter life during demanding applications. A high-efficiency HEPA filter captures 99.97% of airborne particles down to 0.3 microns, providing effective containment of fine drilling dust. The translucent dust box makes it easy to monitor the amount of collected material and quickly identify when emptying is required. An integrated vacuum port also allows the dust box to be connected to a larger dust extractor for convenient emptying, optimised for use with the Milwaukee AS 30 LAC 30L Dust Extractor and DEK26 hose clip adaptor (4931447295).
For maximum versatility, the M18FDDEXL includes two interchangeable nozzles, covering drilling diameters up to 16mm and 26mm. A quick-lock mechanism allows fast nozzle changes between applications. The adjustable aluminium extraction tube accommodates drill bits up to 210mm drilling depth, while the precision depth gauge can be easily adjusted to achieve accurate and repeatable hole depths. The depth gauge is also removable and can be switched to either side to suit user preference. An integrated bright LED work light improves visibility around the drilling area, particularly when working in poorly lit spaces.
