The Sealey 2.5m Chain Block 1 Tonne is a robust manual lifting solution designed for professional workshop, garage, engineering and industrial applications. With a 1000kg lifting capacity, it combines heavy-duty construction with a compact design for dependable lifting where working space or headroom may be restricted.
The chain block features heat-treated and ground heavy-duty gearing, providing smooth, reliable operation when handling substantial loads. All chains are manufactured from hardened alloy material, offering excellent strength and durability for regular professional use.
For increased safety and control, the unit incorporates a mechanical load brake, helping securely control loads during lifting and lowering. The load hooks feature safety latches, reducing the risk of lifting attachments accidentally disengaging during operation. A compact gear housing and 322.5mm headroom make the chain block particularly useful in areas where overhead clearance is limited. The unit features a Ø6mm load chain, single chain fall and a maximum hook capacity of Ø28mm.
