The Sealey 6L Oil Free Low Noise Direct Drive Air Compressor 1hp is a compact, portable and quiet compressed air solution ideal for workshops, garages, maintenance tasks and applications where conventional compressors may create excessive noise. Operating at just 74dB, it provides dependable air performance while helping maintain a more comfortable working environment. Powered by a 1hp heavy-duty induction motor, the pump head is directly coupled to the motor for reliable and quiet operation. An aluminium cylinder head with a cast iron cylinder provides excellent resistance to wear, helping ensure durability during regular use.
The oil-free design offers reduced maintenance requirements, improved efficiency and cleaner compressed air with no risk of oil contamination. This makes the compressor particularly suitable for use with the Sealey range of air nailers and air brushes, as well as other compatible light-duty pneumatic applications. Delivering an air displacement of 4cfm (120L/min) and a maximum free air delivery of 1.95cfm (55L/min), the compressor provides a maximum operating pressure of 116psi (8bar).
A fully automatic pressure cut-out switch helps control operation, while twin pressure gauges provide clear readings of both receiver tank pressure and regulated working pressure. The high-quality 6-litre receiver tank is precision welded and manufactured to meet the Pressure Vessel Directive, providing dependable compressed air storage within a compact footprint.
