The Sealey Digital Brake Disc & Drum Caliper is a precision measuring tool designed for accurate inspection of brake disc thickness and small brake drum dimensions. Ideal for professional automotive workshops, garages and vehicle maintenance applications, it provides quick and easy measurements when assessing brake component wear.
Manufactured from hardened and tempered stainless steel, the gauge offers excellent durability and accuracy for regular workshop use. It can measure external brake disc thickness as well as the internal dimensions of smaller brake drums, providing useful versatility during brake servicing and inspection. A clear LCD display with large 11mm figures makes measurements easy to read, even in busy workshop environments. Users can switch between Metric and Imperial measurements, while the convenient Hold function allows the current reading to be retained on screen for easier recording and comparison.
The integrated zero-setting control enables comparative measurements to be carried out quickly, making it easier to identify variations in component thickness and wear. Offering a measuring range of 0-150mm (0-6"), the caliper is suitable for a broad range of automotive brake components. It is powered by 2 x LR44 1.5V batteries.
