The Sealey MAPP Gas & Oxygen Brazing Kit is a versatile, high-temperature heating system designed for professional light welding, brazing, soldering and cutting applications. Suitable for plumbing, HVAC, automotive repair, maintenance and metalworking, it provides precise flame control and excellent portability for both workshop and on-site use.
Featuring advanced gas controls, the flame can be conveniently adjusted directly from the wand to suit different applications. Integrated dual flashback arrestors provide additional protection, while adjustable cylinder controls allow the gas supply to be accurately managed. The robust brass burner wand is pressure regulated, helping maintain consistent performance throughout the task. When used with suitable MAPP gas and oxygen cylinders, the system can produce flame temperatures of up to 3000°C, providing the concentrated heat required for demanding brazing, cutting and light welding jobs.
A generous 1.8m hose provides excellent working reach, reducing the need to continually reposition the cylinders while working around larger components or installations. For convenient transportation and storage, compatible cylinders can be securely housed within the supplied metal frame, which incorporates a practical carry handle for easy movement between jobs.
The kit includes a torch, additional cutting nozzle, ignition tool and metal carrying frame. It is designed for use with compatible Sealey MAPP and oxygen gas cylinders, which are available separately and not included.
