The Sealey Pneumatic Brake & Clutch Bleeding System is a professional one-person pressure bleeding kit designed to simplify brake and clutch servicing while delivering fast, clean, and reliable results. Ideal for busy workshops and garages, the system allows a single technician to efficiently bleed hydraulic systems without assistance, reducing service time and improving productivity.

The VS820 pressure bleeder features an angled pressure gauge, providing a clear view of operating pressure during use for greater accuracy and control. Its generous 2.5-litre hydraulic fluid reservoir allows the complete brake or clutch system to be flushed from a single fill, helping to eliminate the risk of the master cylinder reservoir running dry during the bleeding process.

Supplied with an Ø45mm pressure cap featuring a 90° angled connector, the system is compatible with the majority of European vehicle brake fluid reservoirs, providing a secure and reliable seal throughout the bleeding process.

Also included is the VS0218 high-flow twin brake bleed pipe set, featuring 2.2-metre hoses designed for ABS service bleeding, where two bleed valves must be opened simultaneously. The twin-line design also makes it ideal for high-performance vehicles and motorcycles equipped with calipers featuring dual bleed nipples, allowing both valves to be bled efficiently at the same time. A clear bleed hose enables technicians to monitor the condition of the brake fluid and easily identify the presence of air bubbles, ensuring the hydraulic system has been fully bled before completing the job. Compact and easy to transport, the unit features an integrated carry handle, making it convenient to move around the workshop or between workstations.
