The Makita 2000W 230mm Angle Grinder 240V is a powerful heavy-duty grinder designed for demanding professional cutting and grinding applications. Equipped with a high-performance 2000W motor and large 230mm disc capacity, it delivers the power and cutting depth required for intensive construction, fabrication and maintenance work. Operating at a no-load speed of 6,600rpm, the grinder provides efficient performance across demanding applications. Its 230mm disc delivers a maximum cutting depth of 68mm, making it particularly suitable for jobs requiring greater capacity than smaller angle grinders.
For improved operator comfort, the grinder features Makita's AVT anti-vibration side grip, helping reduce vibration during extended periods of use. A rubber-coated handle provides a secure and comfortable grip for improved control when tackling demanding tasks. The integrated soft-start function provides smoother start-ups by gradually increasing power, helping improve control when the tool is switched on. Tool-less wheel replacement also makes disc changes quicker and more convenient, reducing downtime between applications.
